The OG Professional Grill 100 Built-In is equipped with an included rear infrared rotisserie burner, designed to ensure even, controlled cooking of roasts and spit-roasted preparations.
The integrated smoking system, with a wood-fired removable tray, makes it possible to enrich dishes with natural, intense aromas, turning the grill into a true outdoor smoker. The instant ignition system, with a side flame running parallel to the burner, ensures a fast, safe and immediate start.
