Every new team member embarks on a training path designed to preserve and renew the oldest techniques of metalworking and Florentine ornamentation. As in Renaissance workshops, learning takes place under the constant guidance of expert masters, custodians of skills handed down through generations. Thanks to the contribution of these artisans, Officine Gullo keeps alive a culture of making that is noble and authentic. Some of their stories, rich in experience and passion, have been collected to become an integral part of the Memoria: a living archive of know-how of which the company acts as responsible custodian.
