For those who wish to discover up close the world of Officine Gullo kitchens, we invite you to visit our Florence locations and come into direct contact with our production philosophy, shaped by passion, culture, science, technique and a constant pursuit of quality.
In an exceptional setting, a former Renaissance chapel within the monumental complex of the Church of Ognissanti, home to masterpieces by Giotto, Ghirlandaio and Botticelli, Officine Gullo has created its House: an exclusive space dedicated to the culture of Italian cuisine and artisanal excellence. A place of encounter and inspiration, where visitors are invited to embark on a sensory and narrative journey through haute cuisine, art and Florentine tradition. Every visit becomes a ritual, a tribute to beauty, craftsmanship and the spirit of Florence.
On the Florentine hills, on the edge of Chianti, stands the historic headquarters of Officine Gullo. A recent restyling has transformed the headquarters into a refined exhibition and design space, where visitors can discover at first hand the excellence of bespoke kitchens. Here, the company’s designers support clients in the creation of fully bespoke projects. Every kitchen is born from direct dialogue with the client, designed to measure around habits, aesthetics and lifestyle.
In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, just a few kilometres from Florence, lies the Officine Gullo production hub: 10,000 square metres where the art of metalworking meets technological excellence. Every creation is born of expert hands: no element is standard, no detail left to chance. Here, pure materials are cut, shaped and finished by hand, according to each client’s requirements. As in a Renaissance workshop, young artisans are trained directly on the job under the guidance of experienced masters. A precious body of knowledge, passed on in order to preserve and renew the great Italian manufacturing tradition.
