Villa San Michele

The beautiful Officine Gullo outdoor kitchen, installed in the Italian garden of Belmond Villa San Michele nestled among the hills of Fiesole, was created with the idea of making the most of the pool area through an informal and interactive dining concept. The project, exceptionally elegant and functional, offers the same quality and performance as an indoor kitchen, and consists of a linear kitchen with a pizza oven and lava stone barbecue, as well as two parallel islands that ensure maximum ease of movement. The project is further enriched by two trolleys: one dedicated to cheeses and one to cocktail preparation.
